PACKPRO Business OS is a hosted business operating system. We provide access to the modules described on our website. Features may be added or improved over time.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the activity of users you add to your workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access another business’s data, disrupt the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Your data
You own the business data you enter. Each business is a separate tenant and your data is scoped to your own workspace. You may export core records at any time.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties beyond those required by law.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
