SaaS Subscription Terms

These terms apply if you use PACKPRO Business OS on a recurring subscription (monthly, yearly, or 3-year).
Plans & billing
Subscriptions are billed for the period you choose. Prices are shown on the pricing page in INR and are charged via Razorpay. Amounts are confirmed on our server before access is granted.
Free trial
A 3-day free trial is available without a card. Your workspace is provisioned immediately; access ends automatically when the trial expires unless you convert to a paid plan.
Activation
Paid access is activated only after your payment is verified on our server. You then receive owner (admin) access to your workspace.
Renewal & changes
You can convert a trial to paid and change plans. Subscriptions continue for the chosen period; if a subscription lapses, access is paused until it is renewed. Your data is retained.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription; see the Refund & Cancellation policy for how refunds are handled.
