What is PACKPRO Business OS?
PACKPRO Business OS is one connected business operating system that runs your sales, CRM, purchases, inventory, finance, communication, documents and reporting from a single dashboard, instead of separate disconnected tools.
Who is it for?
It suits trading, distribution, wholesale, retail, manufacturing, service businesses and agencies — any small or growing business that wants one connected system to run operations.
What is the difference between a SaaS subscription and a One-Time License?
A SaaS subscription is a recurring monthly, yearly or 3-year plan on our hosted platform. A One-Time License is a single upfront payment for the right to use the agreed functionality. Both give you your own isolated workspace; the difference is how you pay.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. There is a 3-day free trial with no card required. Your isolated workspace is provisioned immediately and you can log in and use the product right away; access ends automatically when the trial expires unless you convert to a paid plan.
What happens after I pay?
After your payment is verified on our server, your business (tenant) and owner admin account are created automatically, your subscription or license is activated, your entitlements are switched on, and you can log in straight away — no manual steps.
How many users can I have?
The Starter plan includes up to 5 users and Business up to 25; these are configurable per plan. Enterprise arrangements are available by contacting sales.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Yes. You can convert a trial to a paid plan and change plans; subscriptions are recurring and can be cancelled. One-time licenses are a single upfront purchase.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Access is controlled on the server. If a subscription lapses or a trial expires, access to the product is paused until it is renewed — your data is retained.
Is my data separate and protected?
Yes. Each business is a separate tenant and your data is scoped to your own company on the server. You never see another business's data, and other businesses never see yours.
Can I export my data?
Yes. The product includes CSV import/export for core records such as products, parties, leads and inventory.
Is GST supported?
Yes. The product is built for Indian businesses with GST-compliant invoicing, HSN summaries, GSTR-ready exports, the Indian financial year and INR.
Do you support WhatsApp, email and SMS?
Yes. Outbound communication supports email, WhatsApp and SMS through one system, with per-business message templates, where those channels are configured.
Can I use it for my industry?
The product is industry-agnostic. Food packaging is simply the reference business that runs on it; trading, distribution, manufacturing, retail and services are all supported.
