This policy explains what information we collect when you use PACKPRO Business OS, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
Account and business details you provide (name, email, phone, business name, GST where given), the business data you enter into the product, and basic usage/analytics events needed to operate and improve the Service.
How we use it
To create and run your workspace, process payments, provide support, secure the platform, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store a record of your subscription/license and payment status; we do not store full card details on our servers.
Data separation
Your business data is isolated to your own tenant and is not shared with other customers.
Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You can export core records; on account closure, data is handled in line with applicable law.
