Free trial
The 3-day trial is free and requires no payment, so there is nothing to refund. Simply let it expire, or convert to a paid plan.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it will not renew for the next period. Refunds for the current period, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us.
One-time licenses
One-time licenses are a single upfront purchase. Refund eligibility depends on the specifics of your purchase; contact us within a reasonable period if there is an issue.
