License Terms (One-Time License)

These terms apply if you purchase a One-Time License for PACKPRO Business OS.
What the license grants
A one-time license grants you the right to use the agreed functionality of the Service for your business. It is a right to USE the software — it does not transfer ownership of the source code, the platform, or the underlying system.
Included functionality
The modules included in your license are recorded when it is issued. Additional modules or tiers can be arranged separately.
Updates & support
License terms, including any updates and support period, are confirmed at the time of purchase. Contact sales for specifics for your arrangement.
Deployment
Your license runs on our platform as an isolated tenant unless a different deployment is expressly agreed.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, or attempt to access another business’s data. Misuse may result in suspension of the license.
