1. About us

This website is operated by PACKPRO Industries, a supplier of food-grade disposable packaging based in Alwar, Rajasthan, India.

2. Products & specifications

We take care to describe products accurately. Colours, dimensions and print output may vary slightly due to supply tolerances and screen/display differences. Where a specification is critical to you, please confirm it with us in writing before ordering.

3. Quotations, orders & pricing

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to confirmation at the time of order.
• Minimum order quantities apply — typically from 1,000 units for standard products and 5,000 units for custom-printed packaging.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. The price and stock confirmed at the time of order acceptance apply to that order.
• GST is applied as per Indian law at the prevailing rate, in addition to the product price unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed once we accept it and, where applicable, the agreed payment is received.

4. Payment terms

Payment is due as agreed at the time of order — typically an advance against order, or approved credit terms for established accounts. Orders are scheduled for production once payment terms are met.

5. Custom & printed orders

For custom-branded or printed packaging, you are responsible for approving the final digital proof before production. Once a proof is approved and production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned except in the case of transit damage or a supply defect (see our Return & Refund Policy). You confirm you have the right to use any logos, artwork and trademarks you supply.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 4–7 working days subject to stock availability, and delivered across India. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery; custom printed products are non-returnable. See our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos and images — is the property of PACKPRO Industries or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan.
